A new report from the Pew Research Journalism Project takes a look at the good, bad and ugly of modern news media. Also, what do new promotions in the Murdoch media empire mean for the future of News Corp. and our entertainment and news? Plus: Leland Yee becomes the latest California legislator to be accused of criminal wrongdoing. We find out what the accusations are. We also talk vegetables: Broccoli has a reputation for being the most boring food. We talk to a man who wants to change that. Also, it’s been 40 years since Free to Be... You and Me aired on ABC. The show, music and book became a cultural phenomenon, despite a rather radical message for 1972 America.
