And since the American-led military operation that ended with the death of Muammar Ghadaffi, Libya has devolved into chaos. Two feuding governments are fighting for power which has encouraged ISIS and other militant groups to move in.
Then, Volkswagen announced an investigation today to see whether more car models than previously thought are affected by the emissions software cheat.
