    Popcorn Time Chipping Away at Box Office Returns

    If you don’t feel like going out to see a movie tonight, you could just stay home and fire up Netflix. Or, if you don’t have a Netflix account and you’re not concerned with those pesky anti-piracy laws, you could just use the new app Popcorn Time and watch a current movie for free.

    If you don’t feel like going out to see a movie tonight, you could just stay home and fire up Netflix. Or, if you don’t have a Netflix account and you’re not concerned with those pesky anti-piracy laws, you could just use the new app Popcorn Time and watch a current movie for free. Millions of people are already using Popcorn Time after just a year online, and apparently it’s growing by 100,000 downloads a day. We find out more about the app and what it could mean for the film industry.
