    Tourists may flock to Puerto Rico for its tropical appeal, but its residents are fleeing. The island commonwealth is approximately $72 billion in debt. And that debt became a subject of last night’s Univision and Washington Post debate in Miami, when the Democratic candidates were asked if they would help Puerto Rico.
