The LA County Board of Supervisors voted yesterday to scrap a measure that would have taxed pot sales to raise money to help deal with LA’s intractable homeless problem. The measure was initially proposed by Supervisor Sheila Kuehl. But yesterday she changed her mind and voted against it.
