Teenagers who sleep in on the weekends or fall asleep in class during the week aren’t necessarily lazy. A growing body of research suggests that their brains are different: wired to stay up later. And yet school starts really early. So a lot of teens aren’t getting enough sleep. Now some schools are changing their start times.
