In the Republican response to the President's State of the Union speech, South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley shared her personal story of being the child of immigrants. There was also a Spanish language version given by Florida Rep. Mario Diaz-Balart with almost the same personal bio – down to the wording – as Haley's.

There was also a Spanish language version given by Florida Rep. Mario Diaz-Balart with almost the same personal bio – down to the wording – as Haley's. The speeches were basically the same, except when it came to immigration issues, they offered two very different GOP visions for the future of reform.
