Hayman was working at the Beverly Hilton in 1961 when he and his partners bought a struggling women’s clothing store at the corner of Rodeo and Dayton. The store put Rodeo Drive on the worldwide map for the rich and famous, and the rest is Hollywood history. We remember Fred Hayman, who died last week at the age of 90.
