TV: “Mr. Robot”

The new season of “Mr. Robot” is set to premiere Wednesday. But during a live Facebook Q&A with cast members Sunday night, a masked figure appeared on screen and then this season’s first episode began to play. The “leaked” episode then started popping up on other social media platforms. It seemed “Mr. Robot” had been hacked. Yeah right. Of course it was a marketing stunt for the USA series about a vigilante computer hacker. Also, the new HBO show “The Night Of,” which was supposed to star James Gandolfini; and Netflix’ “Stranger Things,” starring Winona Ryder.
