    Video game actors speak out

    Video games keep sounding and looking more like movies these days. There’s real acting and even stunt work involved, and some of the big games rake in hundreds of millions or even billions of dollars. But the voiceover actors and stunt people who work on the games say they’re not being paid the way they would if they were in a movie or on TV.

There’s real acting and even stunt work involved, and some of the big games rake in hundreds of millions or even billions of dollars. But the voiceover actors and stunt people who work on the games say they’re not being paid the way they would if they were in a movie or on TV. After months of talks, they’re threatening to strike. We get an explainer and hear from a voiceover actor.
