President Trump abruptly cancelled the meeting with North Korea Thursday morning. The move caught many people off guard -- the North, the South, parts of the his own administration. Trump said North Korea has been acting “with anger and open hostility,” and he threatened military action if North Korea engages in any “foolish or reckless acts.” North Korea hasn’t responded yet.
