    There have been a lot of personnel changes in the White House this week, and there may be more. National Security Advisor H.R. McMaster is rumored to be on patchy terms with the president. We look at his tenure, and what it would mean if hawkish John Bolton replaces him. Bolton was the Bush administration’s ambassador to the United Nations.
