Yucca Valley school becomes final hope for high school dropouts
Students who enroll at Black Rock High School have fallen far behind in traditional school and struggle to earn a diploma. They deal with poverty, unstable homes and emotional trauma. A new documentary called “The Bad Kids” shows how the school’s principal and staff mentor the kids and get them back on track. The film premieres March 20th on PBS.
