Stephen Stroup is a caregiver. He's a retired clinical social worker and provided hospice care for fifteen years. Ever since he found his "second home" at The Parish of Saint Matthew in Pacific Palisades and was introduced to the bell tower he's been sharing the gift of the music of those bells -what he calls his "ministry"
