Growing up, Kevin Wachs' father had a powerful influence on his musical life. His dad loved music, and he sang to Kevin's mom, but he wasn't a musician. He was a businessman. He supported Kevin and his high school friends when they started a band. Forty years later, that band, "Pacific", is still intact with the original members, but it's just their hobby. Kevin runs a hemp-based skin and hair care manufacturing company in Chatsworth, CA called Earthly Body. Recently, he rescued and restored the old jukebox that his dad left behind when he died a few years ago and it now lives on the floor of his offices, where he and his employees enjoy Dad's old tunes mixed with a few new 45's.
