With this off-year election expected to change the face of Congress, KCRW and NPR News will be covering voting returns all night, beginning at 5 pm PST, when the polls close in the east. Hosts of Election 2006 are Robert Siegel and Linda Wertheimer. Scott Simon will be roving with a satellite phone. NPR reporters cover the key races. In the 7 o'clock hour, KCRW's Warren Olney will present an overview of the important state and local races and initiatives. KCRW'S All Things Considered anchor Ken Borgers will report Southern California returns throughout the evening.
