Kim Masters catches up with Independent producer Cassian Elwes and aspiring screenwriter Matthew Hickman between screenings at the Sundance Film Festival. Hickman was recently awarded the first Independent Screenwriting Fellowship, which Elwes sponsored with the Black List. At Sundance, Elwes gave Hickman -- who works at a UPS store in Santa Monica -- a crash course in the indie film business.
