    Phil Rosenthal, creator of Everybody Loves Raymond, deals with culture clash when he goes to work on a Russian version of the show. And here at home, he finds that creating a hit sitcom doesn't mean you're "in" in Hollywood. Then another sitcom king -- Paul Reiser of Mad about You -- also finds that success has a short shelf life. He's back with a new NBC series but it took 12 years and many failed pilots to get here.
