    Richard Linklater found funding and and distribution for Boyhood through IFC Films, one of the companies under the umbrella of AMC Networks. Kim Masters talks to AMC CEO Josh Sapan about funding Boyhood and other artist-driven projects like Mad Men, Breaking Bad, and Walking Dead. While just recently released at only a few theaters in the US, Boyhood has already broken even, thanks in large part to foreign sales.
