Fred Savage was the face of The Wonder Years for six seasons on ABC but now he's all grown up and more likely to be seen behind the camera than in front of it. Savage regularly directs episodic television comedies like It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia and Modern Family; and soon he'll helm his first feature, the comedy Ladies Night, starring Charlize Theron. The charming Savage talks about the rocky road -- full of self-doubt and insecurity -- to becoming a director.
