From shootings at Santa Monica College and LAX, to the torture death of a foster child in Palmdale, 2013 had its share of tragedies. It was also the 100-year anniversary of the LA Aqueduct. KCRW's Steve Chiotakis spoke to NBC's Andrew Blankstein, Univision's Oswaldo Borraez, KCRW's Madeleine Brand, and LA Weekly's Gene Maddaus about the top stories they covered in 2013.
