Hosts Michael Schneider and Joe Adalian are joined this month by guest Willa Paskin, TV critic for Slate.com. The three discuss the state of ABC. What is working and what isn't? What does the departure of top Disney/ABC executive Anne Sweeney mean for the network? Then, 'is there too much good TV to watch it all?' Referencing David Carr's recent New York Times article and the abundance of quality programming from an increasing number of outlets, they wonder if there is enough talent in the business to keep this up. Finally, can Amazon rebrand itself as a viable rival to Netflix, HBO and Showtime? They're picking up new shows by creators like Chris Carter and Jill Soloway -- will they work?

Joe is looking forward to two HBO comedies: Veep and the new show from the creator of Beavis & Butt-head, Silicon Valley.

Willa is excited about the Veronica Mars movie.

Mike gives a shout-out to Fox's Cosmos.
