Since his first performance as S.H.I.E.L.D Agent Phil Coulson in 2008's Iron Man, Clark Gregg has developed quite a following among Marvel geeks and comic fans in general. What many of them (still) might not know is that Gregg is an accomplished writer/director. His first film, Choke, based on a Chuck Palahniuk book of the same name, starred Sam Rockwell. Trust Me is his second feature as writer/director. Gregg stars in the film as Howard Holloway, a "down and out agent who lies just as much as he breathes." He talks about childhood stardom, being a Hollywood outsider, and what he learned from his NYU mentors, David Mamet and William H. Macy.
