The Brink, which premieres this summer on HBO, stars Tim Robbins (pictured) as US Secretary of State Walter Larson, and Jack Black as Alex Talbot, a lowly foreign service officer, working together to fend off World War III. A geopolitical crisis doesn't seem like the best fodder for a comedy, but co-creators Roberto and Kim Benabib pull it off. They talk to Elvis about how to make global annihilation funny.
