Director Kyle Patrick Alvarez sits down with Elvis Mitchell to discuss his involvement in The Stanford Prison Experiment. While attempting to decipher the psychological aspects of the experiment, the film poses an intriguing question: does humanity triumph over evil or is it the other way around?

After many years of sporadic interest from Hollywood, Alvarez finally took on the project and did his part to uniquely recreate the "social experiment gone wrong" while remaining true to the core of what really happened at Stanford University in 1971.
