WEB BONUS: Directors Will Speck and Josh Gordon have been working together since they met in college and bonded over classic 80s films like Risky Business and Blues Brothers. In Blades of Glory they introduced their larger than life characters with amplified emotions and they perfect it in Office Christmas Party. They stop by The Treatment to discuss the fun in creating a holiday comedy and wanting to incorporate dynamic women in the cast to explore the idea of men in the workplace not knowing how to deal with ambitious women.
