    Allied Attacks on Libya Continue for a Second Day

    Coalition forces say their goal is to protect Libyan civilians against Moammar Gadhafi's forces, and commanding general Carter Ham says that progress is being made. Ham says he doesn't know Gadhafi's location, but that missiles have struck near his compound in Tripoli, Libya's capital city.

    Coalition forces say their goal is to protect Libyan civilians against Moammar Gadhafi's forces, and commanding general Carter Ham says that progress is being made. Ham says he doesn't know Gadhafi's location, but that missiles have struck near his compound in Tripoli, Libya's capital city.
