    It's not the Cold War but there's a definite chill in the air after the US expulsion of 50 Russian diplomats and retaliatory Russian ejection of 50 American emissaries. The striking eviction of purported Russian spies is a prime example of President Bush's espoused get-tough foreign policy. We examine that formula with US-Russian experts from the Carnegie Endowment, Council on Foreign Relations and Heritage Foundation, a senior member of the House Armed Services committee, independent Russian defense analyst, and Pulitzer Prize-winning author. (Sara Terry guest hosts.) Newsmaker: Another Eruption in Macedonia and the Balkans? - The Macedonian Army has been fighting with ethnic Albanian rebels who laid siege to the country's second largest town, Tetovo. Macedonia is relying on the support of NATO and the West as it fights the growing insurgency. New York Times reporter Steven Erlanger joins us from Tetovo with an update. Reporter's Notebook: Oscar Wrap - It was Russell, Julia, Steven - and The Gladiator, all winners of last night's top Oscar Awards. Newsweek film critic David Anson looks back on last night's evening of surprises that was punctuated by the dark acerbic wit of host Steve Martin and a surprising international array of award winners.
