After four days of high-level meetings, China's new leadership has announced what are being called the boldest reforms since Deng Xiaoping embraced market refor in the 1970's and early 80's. China's Communist Party Central Committee has endorsed 60 reform initiatives, many of which could have long-term consequences. Mei Fong is a Pulitzer Prize-winning reporter, former China correspondent for the Wall Street Journal, who's writing a book with the working title, "Grey Emperors: How China's One Child Policy Affects the World."
