    The Trans-Pacific Partnership might have survived a Hillary Clinton presidency, but Donald Trump's victory means almost certain death for what was to be a signature legacy for President Obama. One big winner as a result is China. Clay Dube is Director of the US-China Institute at the University of Southern California.
