    Since Obama and McCain won their respective nominations, the economic crisis has created a new set of problems for American voters. Did the candidates propose new solutions in last night's debate or fall back on familiar promises? On Reporter's Notebook, the Bush Administration concedes that 17 Chinese Muslims are not "enemy combatants." So why is it opposing a judge's order to release them after 6 years at Guantánamo Bay?
