The Department of Agriculture says that "factory farms" routinely produce more than is needed for fertilizer. So where does it go? Is the EPA doing enough to find out if it's polluting streams and groundwater? Also, boosted momentum for an immigration bill, and a "gay conversion" leader says he was all wrong.
