An unusual questionnaire for government workers from the Trump transition team.

Scientists in the Energy Department are being questioned extensively by the Trump transition team. They're being asked about no less than 74 specific points, including: what role did you play in President Obama's Climate Action Plan? Jean Chemnick, who covers international climate policy for E&E News' Climatewire, says the questionnaire has serious implications for civil servants.
