    Iraqi Forces Declare Victory over ISIS in Ramadi

    Iraqi government forces retook central parts of Ramadi today from the Islamic State, although pockets of resistance remain. Recovering control over that key city of would allow Iraq to cut off supply lines to Fallujah and potentially recover that city as well.
