    Is Europe's Response to the Refugee Crisis the Right One?

    In the Mediterranean Sea off Libya today, some 200 people died when two boats overturned. Yesterday, in Austria, 71 decomposing bodies, including those of four children, were found in a locked truck parked on a road near Vienna. Two crime scenes 2000 miles apart are the latest evidence that migration to Europe is out of control.

Demetrios Papademetriou is president of the Migration Policy Institute Europe, a nonprofit headquartered in Brussels.
