JP Morgan's $13 Billion Deal and Accountability on Wall Street

JP Morgan Chase has agreed to pay $13 billion to avoid civil charges over troubled mortgage investments. CEO Jamie Dimon and Attorney General Eric Holder worked out the deal personally.
