Electronic filing of tax returns has been made easier than ever by software makers like Intuit that sells the popular TurboTax program. On Tuesday, with the filing deadline upon us, Intuit's servers were overwhelmed with e-filed returns and it is now unclear how many of them were delivered on time to the IRS. Heather Bennett of Tax Analysts says the computer just might have eaten your tax return.
