Mexico Braces for Dean, First Major Storm of the Season
Dean is the first big hurricane of the season. It has battered Jamaica, and is moving toward Mexico. Texas Governor Jim Perry says he’s not taking any chances. He's called in skilled rescue teams and state military forces to help those who cannot evacuate on their own.
