    Murdoch's Former Editors Charged in Phone Hacking Scandal

    British officials have ramped up the stakes in the phone hacking scandal involving officials in Rupert Murdoch's media empire. Criminal charges have been filed against Andy Coulson and Rebekah Brooks, both of whom have close ties to Prime Minister David Cameron. There also could be implications here in the US.
