    The new US Senate is scheduled to be sworn in tomorrow, but not all the seats will be filled. Former comedian Al Franken will be certified as the next US Senator from Minnesota, but the battle with Norm Coleman is not over. Roland Burris has not been certified as Barack Obama’s replacement from Illinois, but he insists that Governor Rod Blagojevich's nomination is good enough.
