    Obama Seeks John McCain’s Counsel

    Many contenders for America’s highest office don’t talk to each other except on formal occasions. Barack Obama had his first post-election meeting with John McCain on November 16th, and Obama was prepared with “well-researched proposals to collaborate” on some of McCain’s favorite causes.
