    For days, the political world has been chattering over the prospect of Hillary Clinton as Barack Obama's Secretary of State. Yesterday, former Senator Tom Daschle was named as a likely Secretary of Health and Human Services. Today, two governors have emerged -- Janet Napolitano of Arizona and Kathleen Sebelius of Kansas -- for Homeland Security and Labor respectively. Are the rumors real?
