Rioting in London Widens

Since police shot a young black man in North London last week, rioting, looting and arson have spread in London itself and to other cities as well. After three nights of violence, British Prime Minister David Cameron has called Parliament back in session, increased the presence of police on the street and had a stern message for the young people involved.
