Should Prisoners at Guantanamo Bay Be Sent Home to Yemen?

With the Christmas Day bombing attempt now tied to Yemen, Yemeni prisoners could delay the closing of Guantánamo Bay. Should they be returned to their home country? Sent to northern Illinois?
