Two top University officials are charged with perjury and failing to tell authorities what they knew, and Joe Paterno, one of the most successful coaches in college football history, says he'll resign at the end of this year. It's unclear if the University will even allow the 84-year-old icon to coach through this season. Michael Sanserino reports for the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.
