The fighting in Lebanon may be over--at least for the moment--but President Bush is still trying to keep the lid on Iraq. Tuesday, on To the Point, newly recruited policemen are afraid to show up for work in Falloujah; more American soldiers are on their way to Baghdad. Is it still possible to "stay the course?"
