    The United Nations has accused Syria and Russia of "war crimes" in their siege of one side of Aleppo. Now it's " appalled " by rebel fire in the other direction that's also killing civilians. Rami Jarrah is a Syrian citizen-journalist who joins us from Southern Turkey.
