Texas Court of Appeals Upholds Abortion Regulations
In August, there were 40 licensed abortion providers in the State of Texas. By September, it's expected there will be six. That's partly because of yesterday's ruling by the Fifth Federal Circuit Court of Appeals, which upheld new regulations passed by the Republican-led legislature.
