Also, one worker’s mistake causes a massive power outage, and how Ground Zero in 2011 has become “a careful balance between commerce and commemoration.”

      Ground Zero, Ten Years On

      In the past ten years, plans for a memorial at Ground Zero have progressed, along with a growing sense that, in the midst of downtown Manhattan, it could not be obsessed with the past, especially since New York's urban life was itself a terrorist target.
