The Battle for Iowa: The Hawkeye State at Ground Zero for '08

The acceleration of the presidential primary schedule was supposed to make the traditional early voting states like Iowa and New Hampshire less important. The acceleration of the presidential primary schedule was supposed to make the traditional early voting states like Iowa and New Hampshire less important.
